Cracks! I’ve been printing a few of these as I improve the design then suddenly this one has several cracks like you can see. What did I do wrong? Too much fan, too long in the IPA, old resin???

I saw a photo recently where they had printed the Eiffel Tower on a lean with supports. Please know that it is self supporting and can be printed straight up. But getting the print off the bed can cause damage while it’s soft.
Has anyone got a rule of thumb for how big a base can be and still allow easy removal?
I’ve designed a beautifully delicate wing but wreaking it taking it off.
Also can we cure the print on the plate so it’s stronger for removal or will that make it stick to the plate?

Having lots of fun. Amazed how fine it can print...but...if I try the spinny thing that tests how small a gap it can print, results are worse than my fdm printer. Couldn’t even get 0.4mm gap to move. Exposure is 8 secs. Is there some other parameter that needs tweaking?

Seen this problem? The bottom should be flat but there's a bunch of glitches - the ones outside the main circles and support bases go right up through the model making vertical beams. This is being produced by a model in both Photon Workbench versions 2.0.23 and 2.1.20 - very weird

Anyone else using this calibration method. Can’t find a compromise. Those little details disappear when the exposure increases on the second sheet. That shouldnt happen eh?

Screen worrry: I ran a print ( my 4th) and no resin hardened. Checked the LCD detector function and had to power cycle to get it working again.
Is it normal to need to check the screen before prints or is this a faulty machine?
