Not bad at all for someone who's supposed to be a novice. Next step is to learn how to use wash, search youtube there is full of tutorials that will explain it way better than me.

Your skin tone looks amazing ...I'd do something more with the eyes and possibly and possible some dry brush to the pants to pull out the creases

complete novice my friend haha, ill look into washes, i did try but it kinda made a bit of a mess, maybe i didnt thin the paint enough

Thanks. i primed it with upol grey primer, it gave it a sort of rough bumpy effect which i wasnt happy with at first, but now i think it adds to it, ill check out the dry brush technique and yes the eyes certainly need more work for sure

It needs to be water like and the trick is not to try to do all the model at the same time and let it dry before contrinuing, if you don't do that well, you make a mess :)

Wooo, all parts for the mk42 ironman are finally complete. Now comes the real work of filing sanding etc to get it all fitting properly. This is my first real challenging model so far in regards to prep, any advice for a newbie is greatly appreciated.

Can someone explain what's going on here please. The sides that have support are coming out like this, I'm not sure why but there seems to be a buildup of extra resin in parts and less in others

Does anyone know why this happened? Printed this part off, supports on the rear face, raised detail on the front.

What actually printed was the supports on the face (front, visible part), with the raised detail on the rear face (where supports should be).

I'm confused, everything looks OK in my sliced file

Bought 4 bottles of anycubic on aliexpress and forgot to tell them what colour I wanted, I received 4 1ltr bottles of clear.
