Instead of 'suction forces that happens in LCD/SLA printing that is a big headache to overcome and nobody wants it to exist but got no option coz physics'

At what point should I consider replacing my FEP?

The damage is outside of the edge of the LCD and the FEP is still water tight. I always use a filter when putting resin back into the bottle, and just cracked open a new bottle prior to this failed print. (The print failure was likely due to temperature Flux last night. It's #27 of the same model/variant)

I've had a Photon for a while and love it. My prints have been coming out great. I know I do not have the latest firmware but have had no issues since I started other than the LCD going bad and replacing it. Should I upgrade the firmware?

Evening hive mind. I have a strange issue that i hope someone can help with.
If i run a sliced print using the photon software everything is great, however, if i run a sliced print using chitu box, my PSU starts making a ticking noise whilst the LCD is exposing layers.
The prints are working fine in both cases.
Any ideas why this may be?? Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I can't solve. My LCD stopped working and I thought his time was up and I bought a new one and installed it with extreme care and the problem continues, I already turned it off and back on and nothing. Is this another problem I don't know, can anyone help me?

humm this is odd. changed my lcd screen, and trying out a print i did a few days ago in 3 hours, now without changing anything its going to take 6 hours for the same thing?

After replacing the LCD my prints are bigger in the X&Y plane, so tilted prints come out skewed.
Any idea what to do? It seems like the new LCD is bigger in size
