I need to replace my LCD screen.
I see several videos on it. Does anyone recommend a particular one they used?

needs to be pretty straight forward and extensive in the instructions.

Edit: Updated to 4.2.18 and now the entire screen is just flashing lines.

Orogonal.post: Is a flickering screen (some of the time), caused by Firmware or LCD? :(

Original Photon is having intermittent issues.
I see no dead pixels on a screen test.

Seems to be the actual machine just decides whether it desires to print something properly or not.
Tried multiple memory sticks, old and new files.

Turn on. Pick print:

Print either strobes horrendously, or is absolutely fine.

Stopping any file and starting another means it may just refuse to understand the next file and stall at 0% without loading the STL

Printing a file perfectly, it's a lucky dip as to the next one works or not.

I am pretty sure I broke it. As I had mentioned before the black screen on the LCD was coming loose. When I last removed the resin reservoir, the screen came all the way loose. I saw a bit of what I thought was the afore mentioned double sided tape and cut it free. After doing so I saw there was what looked like circuitry on the "tape". Now when I attempt to print I am getting : LCD error code T_100

Help?

Just got my second anycubic (regular not s) and just experienced something odd.

I started a print, and the build platform would not stop homing down. It ended up trying to push through the LCD. Then when I stopped the print, it went clear up almost coming off the lead screw completely..... I ran a 11hr print on it yesterday with zero issues. And when I restarted it today, the issue seems to have stopped.

What caused this and how can I prevent it in the future? Assuming firmware but I just bought it brand new from anycubic so id think its updated.

Thanks

Question for the members here: is the LCD on the photon the same as say one on a laptop screen? I’m wondering if I were to take some type of backlit LCD and change the backlight to UV if, in theory, a larger build area could be made. Or, if larger scale was desired, a TV retrofitted with a UV lighting source. Or would the crystals just allow UV of any polarity to pass through?

Have anyone tried replacing/modding the 405nm leds for 365nm ones?
I heard something abt LCD polarizer aggressively blocking certain spectrum of light.
