Hello everyone. I flashed latest 4.2.19 firmware to fix some frame shearing issues i might have. Now when im printing the bottom fan (the one that sucks air from the heatsink) is not spinning!!!!! Once the print starts it stops completely. Im kinda scared because i dont wanna burn out my LCD/UVLed Array. Should i revert back to the last firmware??? Please help!

1st print problem here. I've tried to print the test cube but from whatever reason the printer got stuck on the 1st layer. After I upgraded the firmware from anycubic website ( bin + lcd files) removed power plug and started again it worked es expected. In the morning I've found some resin half hardened in the vat. Nothing on the plate. I did height calibration again and tried printing. Now the printer is stuck on the 1st layer again. Not sure how to move forward from here.

Received a new printer via Amazon, unboxed it, leveld the bed and did the LCD test a got this...

I went to fill out a help ticket on the Anycubic site, but the machine is at home and I am at work, thus I cannot get the serial number until I get home later.

I thouhght I would spam the "Hive mind" just in case there was something I could try, or if others had had similar issues.

So my printer has started experiencing this known issue from the FAQ.

"Z motor stops moving mid-print, LCD keeps exposing resin, no error message, stopping print and moving Z via menu works."

restarting didn't fix it. What would be your guys recommended trouble shooting steps?

Monocure Rapid grey @ 0.02 layer height. From my interpretation I would need at least 14 sec layers. This obviously seems high, would it be a bad batch of resin or a weak LCD?
