Hi, happy new year to everyone. I searching for answers for my problem with my photon. I got the normal with yellow windows. My prints stops after round about 20%, the screen shows the normal menu and the build plate rest in the VAT in its last position ? . Also the UV lamp is shaking when i start a print, but when i made the screen test its glow constant. I try different files and different USB sticks but the problem still exist.
Anyone had an idea what is the problem or got the same situation? I don't know what i should try. My prints before were awesome. I dont know where the problem is now.

UPDATE: The 4GB drive works fine. Problem = Solved.

Okay. My turn in the prickbasket.

The USB that came with my Photon works fine.

But I can't get my personal USB drive to be recognized by the Photon. I get a 10100 Memory error.

Yes, it's formatted to FAT32. What's going on? All the system files from the provided USB have been copied over, although that shouldn't be an issue.

I decided to redo the Photon area. This is just for the Photon's not the Photon S's that I own. So it was a tight area to work in. I used magnets to hold the doors open and used USB extensions to move them up to the front top. All have been leveled and the new one has a name now although it is not on it. I guessed it is time to add a female printer to the mix and decided to call her Bloberella... ? ? ?

Hi my 2 last prints are failling like that, i think the usb key is dead... What do you think? And the photon slicer give me a total print time more longer than espected habitualy, i formated the key but nothing change. My computer announced me that the key is defective...please help me...

Photon s, after a fix, machine is storing previous printed images and stacking them up, so every time I print a new image it adds it one so instaed of printing one image im printing five, ive switched it on and off and cleared the usb so it only has one image on it, in the pic these are the last five items printed, ant Ideas??

Good news and bad news. Good news, I get to join the group of people that got a printer for Christmas and finally got my first successful print. The bad news is, my husband, bless him, was going to surprise me and bring it to me in the other room and broke off a wing. I was too excited to be mad. Then I broke off the other wing trying to get it off the plate too. ?
But I sanded the nubs down and I'll see how it turns out painted to decide if I keep it or not.
Thanks for all the support (even though I never posted, I looked up the old posts and pulled up the files). This group has been super helpful!

How do you upgrade the firmware on the photon. Place both files on a single usb and boot it up with usb in the slot or do I have to select the files and hit print?

Hi guys, thanks for the add. I’m at a total loss at what to do to get my builds to stick. My first test print (the lattice cube) came out perfectly, not a single imperfection. I used the Anycubic green resin, and the print right off of the USB that the machine came with.

I go to do my 2nd print, without changing anything, and it won’t stick. I’ve tried anywhere between 8 and 10 first layers, between 80 and 120s first layer exposure time, etc.

I can hear the print pulling off of the FEP for the first few layers, but it just falls off somewhere around 15-20 minutes after the print starts.

I’ve releveled the bed 3x using both flint reed and paper methods. Is it possible the model itself being messed up? It falls off before any supports are even printed it seems.

Ok numb question coming.. if I have the usb in before I turn on, I get this picture. If I put it in after I power it up, nothing is showing on the screen. None of the photon files are showing up in the list. Any idea on what is going on. I have checked to make sure it is plugged in.
