Silly question, how long is the resin test from Photonsters page? I downloaded it to my USB installed the drive and hit run... came back from getting a drink downstairs and the print says its done. So either its super fast or I really messed up.

This is what I get with the new firmware. I have tried photon 4.2.18, epax 4.2.18, and even the dreaded 4.2.19. I have used two different USB sticks and tried plugging USB in both before and after turning on the machine and loading the firmware. The result is always the first video with the flickering LCD. When I reverted to photon firmware 4.2.12 and got the second print video which looks like it should be fine, I am trying an actual test print now, but I am worried about frame shearing returning in the future.

HELP! I'm a support expert but definitely not a tech expert! so I have a brand new Photon (don't ask about my first one) and it was working perfectly 2 days, then I got this error message about the memory stick, it's a quality stick I used with my other Photon for 5 months with no issue, so, what do I do?

It keeps going to 1% then the plate just sits in the vat not moving for a minute or two, then the error message pops up and that's that. First I did what it said (thinking it wasn't inserted properly) and took the USB out then re-inserted. That didn't work.

So next I unplugged the Photon for 10 minutes then turned it back on, re-sliced and reloaded the file on the stick, then put it back in the Photon and still got the same error :(

Need some suggestions. I printed this crystal off Thingiverse. The small one I printed was good, but when I printed one double the size I consistently get they wacky layers. I tried re-slicing it on a new usb but no dice. It always messes up in the same spot. Any suggestions welcomed!

Hi all- I keep getting the lcd error code: T88. So following online help I've downloaded the 'Firmware 4.2.18 from Anycubic' on the github website. I've copied these files onto the USB stick- but still getting the same issue- any help appreciated.

So I all ready had a few awsome prints but now my Anycubic will get half way though a print then have a USB/ Memory card issue. Any one have a fix.

I would be grateful for some help please. I am unsure how to disable the deck filter fan in my Photon Classic using GCode. I think, from what I have read here, that I should use M8030 T0 followed by M8500 , but how, like this?
Select this as a file to 'print' from a USB stick? Filename: Fanoff.nc (Photon Classic Turn Deck filter fan off) M8030 T0 M8500 (Saves configuration)
Two things I am unclear about though.... The configuration code from Photonsters says T-0 not T0 The photonsters code lists M8030 for the LED fan and Motherboard fan,(which I suppose is the one I think of as the deck filter fan) so it seems this short code is ambigious?

So my first ever print, the anycubic test print, failed. It split between the base and model itself. So is it something I've done wrong, or just bad luck? I didn't slice the model or change any settings, resin is the anycubic supplied, model is straight off of the (new) USB... Didn't even bother with the one supplied!

Any ideas what causes this ‘time-shifting’ on a few layers halfway through I print? I am assuming it is ‘software’ as opposed to hardware - not using original USB, use photon slider though, but all prints before have been ok.....

So I just got my printer yesterday set it all up leveled it an trued to print the test cub but nothing is showing up. So I tried plugging the supplied usb drive into my computer nothing so I got a new usb drive saved a photon file to it and still nothing is showing up to print? Has this happen to anyone else?
