What an idiot I am. Went to print to print a baby yoda and filled my tank. Put the print on the usb stick started to print.

Heard the sucking sound. After a few hours went and checked. Nothing there.

That’s when I realised what I had done.

I had only gone and filled the tank up with my wife’s TRESemmé shampoo and not resin.

So my question is how do you get resin out of hair?

On the plus side the room no longer smells of resin, just shampoo!

What is everyone's preferred resin for casting.
I've had good results with regular grey resin and wanted to try castible resin.
How much of an adjustment to the settings does everyone have to do?
Do they come with proper settings?
Do you have to prime the build plate on all of them (I'm not sure if that's the proper terminology but I'm referring to coating and curing the build plate before printing)?
I'm not sure if these questions have been asked before, I apologize if it has been.
Thank you in advance for any of your input.

I wanted to share my OG Photon mod journey so far. Disclaimer: This will break your stuff and throw away your money. May not be worth it.
I was not 100% happy with print quality, so I did some mods! Twin Rail Z Slide Upgrade by Jackson Product. LCD direct to FEP. For the LCD mod, I got the idea from another Photonster post. What I did: Flipped LCD backwards and cut glass so the cable(ribbon) could still feed through. Printed a spacer(Washer) to fill the space of the missing LCD Sealed the top with aluminum tape to block resin spills and UV leak. In addition to leveling out the lcd because it sticks out now Shoutout to Андрей Шестаков and @ Aleksey Kulagin

Ever smaller.
I have been asked by a number of people how small I think the motors for the Titan missile can be printed here I've taken it all the way down to 1/200 scale and this little dissertation explains the pitfalls oh printing it ever smaller scales
In resin you also have to consider the resolution of the image set the particular screen that you're using can produce. And it's obvious that smaller scales a regular cell phone screen loses detail as it moves down the scale.
