Hello guys , I have a small problem .
I am trying to help my friend calibrate his brand new photon.

I am printing calibrating cube, the height is good
But the width isalways around 0.1-0.15 mm wider.

Any idea how to calibrate this?
using Anycubic green resin that came with it.
0.05 height, 5 layers, 60 bottom exposure, 10s layer exposure

Hello, I wondered if somebody could give me a little advise. I have been 3d printing for just over a year now. Got my Ender 3 in December 2018 (lots of mini and terrain). I wanted to print more detail on my minis so I also bought the Anycubic Photon in December 2019. My cube test print failed slightly, the Z axis screw was quite bent... not good. So I emailed customer support and they sent me a replacement. I changed the part and my next test cube came out fine. I have now printed about 30 minis but have noticed that they have layer lines and it seems to be getting worse. I have moved the Photon away from my Ender 3 just in case the vibrations where unsettling the resin and there has been no change. I have also noticed slight movement of the Z Axis screw (I think). I have re-leveled the bed a few times as one time the print bed had shifted so much that the front had risen by about 2mm. Hence the re-leveling of the bed. Sorry for the essay but I wanted to provide a fully view of my experience so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. Issue this morning and am hoping someone can help.

Yesterday printed fine. Woke up this morning, took a print off the build plate and started a new one. As build plate went into the resin, there was a clunk sound and it started buzzing. Print is stuck at 1% for a few minutes. Nothing showing up on the screen to indicate the first layer is running. I wait a couple of minutes and decide to cancel print. Tried to move the build plate up and it buzzes every time that it is supposed to be moving. So like if I hit move up 10mm 3x it will buzz pause and buzz again.

Turned printer off and on again and when I try to raise up the build plate still buzzing every time I press the button. Has anyone had this issue before? Any way to raise up the build plate manually?

Noob is progressing. Fixed some support issues so arm and loin cloth didn't fall of. But apparently when you hollow and leave drain holes it continues to leak resin.
