Tim Borschel it happen sometime. The grubscrew loosen a bit. When it happen there is chance your print will still work. Relevel and thats it. ?

I have a Photon S and my plate is a bit like yours. My prints was failed last night. A line across all over the plate. Do you think the plate is not square caused this?

Sitong Yan not sure, relevel and make sure its square and see if it's still there, might be a bad slice or a problem with the lcd

Tim Borschel someone also said that it’s the slicing issue. I use chitubox all the time. Haven’t known it will cause this.

I have seen this slicing issue happen with one particular model. No matter how I oriented it it always had a weird line defect about the middle.

Siraya tech ABS like fast grey, standard Photon, used the settings on their website. This is post cure, seems pretty good. Maybe a little over exposed? Hard to tell from the pic

Second attempt: releveled (paper method) my test cube is no longer invisible and it printed whole, can anyone explain what these wings are? There a cured film in my vat too. Do I need to fully relevel or maybe just redo my z=0 a little lower?

Edit: the wings are soft and slimey, like a listerine breath strip after you put it in your mouth
