Hey guys, I'm in need of some help please!

Been running prints on this thing pretty much trouble free for a few years now - but all of a sudden after a FEP change I am getting the issue in the photos (a thin film of semi cured resin on the FEP both at the print site and sometimes around in random places and small dark pigmented granules - but a totally successful print at the end (don't mind the lack of cleanup))

Original Photon, brand new FEP (the Anycubic branded ones), tuned, single 28mm figure print.

Monocure Rapid Grey and Flex resin a 90/10 mix (10% flex), shaken well before use

Printer is in it's own cabinet, ducted outside, no lights. Ran the print on the LCD and watched it for a bit, no LCD issues.

Never had this before. Any ideas?

Have I missed something dumb/obvious? Would a goofed up FEP change be causing this?

Guys i have a question. My Test print is this. XD can any one help ? ive adjusted the Bed plate.but the print stick on the resin bed. here is the picture... does any one encounter this ?

how does one usually go about putting supports on for resin printing? im usually doing +all and leaving it at that but i think it is kind a waste, on small space marine legs it can be kinda detrimental as it ruins the backs overall quality. what's the general guidelines for where to put support?

I'm getting a little hyped up, guys!

This isn't a resin print (its sandstone from shapeways), but I did get my Photon in yesterday. Its all set up and ready to go (presumably). I have a new sculpture I am working on so no printing with the photon today! (A preview is posted to my timeline, though!)

This is El Diablos Muertos.

My dog stepped on it and busted the jaw off and the other horn but... still looks sick so whatever! Hahaha. Its mounted on a custom granite frame. :D

My main objective is to design and print more statues like this in the future (using the Photon and in a bunch of pieces, I'm sure). So, if you are interested in the pure art side of stuff - come at me!

I have a website set up for downloads and info on me and my other artwork - but its not ready for commerce today! Gimme a week or so!

Question. I've looked up some stuff online but haven't gotten a good answer. Is it ok to make like 510 vape tips and use it to smoke out of once the resin is cured? Like drip tips. If I print them.

Anyone able to help me figure this out? I have a Anycubic Photon, or Fauxton if you know the differences. I have successful prints with using the Anycubic resin.

In fact, I had the same issue the first time I used this resin. I replaced the FEP and releveled, then printed using the Anycubic resin. Good print. I then cleaned everything and tried again with the Dragon resin. Still getting these results.

When I use the black Dragon resin I get this. I have used the setting listed on the website and have used 15 seconds and 17 seconds exposure time with similar results. Any help would be appreciated. Does my exposure time need to be much higher?

I wanted to try the resin exposure test but it doesn't appear you can do it with Fauxton.

Any experience with using Sparkmaker resin ?
I see they have different types as well as the dye thing.

I would think that with using dyes you would have a lot of leftover resin so not sure about that.

Mostly interested in the T - E - N types if you have any experiences ?
