So now I'm back to square one, with the print always failed in the same way (blobs that stick into the vat). I already re-level with Flint Read method and made sure the Z=0 with dry run test. Still using the same resin (anycubic black resin) with the setting that succeed several days ago. Should It try increase the bottom layer count and the bottom exposure time?

I'm fighting my prints not sticking I've tuned the gap to 350 db....I've leveled the bed with the flint reed video and have had 3 out of 10-15 prints stick. Is this popping noise normal....good bad....I'm getting frustrated. It's the any cubic green resin that came with the printer

Anyone here use the ECO UV Translucent Green Resin?

What settings do you use?

I got it to print, but the details aren't quite the same as I get from the Anycubic Gray.

Hi Folks.

Has anyone else had this problem using a Photon?

The test print worked off the supplied USB on the first day.

Every attempt to print anything after that, even after being powered off for a day, has had the following result.

Anywhere from layer 1 to layer 13ish, the machine starts beeping and gets stuck exposing the current layer over and over without moving the bed or loading the next layer.

I have tried numerous slicing settings, files with and without supports, 3 different USB sticks, dummy printing without resin or even the vat fitted to the machine.

Even the test print that worked the first time wont get past layer 1 without hanging and beeping.

Any suggestions? Its clearly file related and not machine related. Z axis moves freely so its not a movement or obstruction related fail.

Can anyone recommend a resin for good quality and fast printing times? I like my clear red but it doubles my printing times I think. A Heroforge mini takes somewhere in the ballpark of 7-9 hours right now. They turn out great but the wait is killer.

hey guys, what's the best postion to print small miniatures in? doing space mariens pretty much and want to get smoother pads if i can, i hear printing on the 45 degree is optimal for flat objects, is this true with helmets, torsos and shoulder pads? thanks! also general tips for printing wargaming stuff is appreciated, using elegoo's standard grey resin.

I have had my printer about 3 weeks. I pulled out the reservoir to put in a new type of resin and it has not worked since. The odd part about “not working” is the prints are not failing they are just not Harding ANY resin.

Thought it might be I already have a bad lamp. So I tested the lap with the settings of all on, a box with a whole and a small box. With a test paper in front of them. There was no change. I saw a glow come from the bottom but nothing seemed blocked off.

Does this mean that my lcd broke? Or the lamp? It seems contradicting facts here.
