Concerning printing miniatures for tabletop games... I've had pretty good turnout with my prints so far. But I've noticed that my minis are brittle. Particularly long thin areas, usually appendages ( arm, legs and such ). I've only used the clear green that anycubic sent me. They also sent me some black and grey as well. Is there a better resin that I should look into for printing miniatures, or perhaps curing too long or short? I've just let them sit in the sun for the time being, cure chamber parts are en route. I've snapped the legs and a tail off of a few minis now. The detail is crazy good, I'm just afraid to spend the time prepping and painting, just break it.

Ive been having issues lately with prints not stixking to the buildplate and have tried all sorts of solutions. I was levelling the plate using the flint read method earlier and noticed a grinding noise well before the plate hit the fep. I found this was due to the bracket that connects the build plate to the z axis is hitting the wall of the vat. This means it is impossible for me to complete the flint read plate level and it appears my plate will be stopped by the vat wall before it can properly press the resin to the uv light. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea how to fix this?

Someone with or know about what settings that you should use with the anycubic gray resin? First time with an anycubic photon zero.

Good day all. Did a little searching and didn't find suggestions. (See! I used the search function first!)
Just got in some Siraya Fast White for use in printing minis. Typically at a .05 layer. I saw no suggestions for this, or any other Siraya Fast on the Anycubic Photon Resin Settins google spreadsheet.

So, all that out there, I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for exposure times and base layers before I stink up my house printing. :)

I already knew castable and normal resin would be brittle surface when you casting them after. my brother asked me to casting them eventhoug it would be brittle, He really wanted to see them. You need special liquid to get the smooth surface. I printed the model castable orange model and clear normal resin model with photon. I casted them with 9.999 gold.

Just did my 1st print which I'm very excited about. Took a look at my print this morning and it seems like a lot of the detail is soft, not crisp in most areas. It is AnyCubic White basic resin. I did leave it running in my garage which it got to about 45 f last night. To add to my total noobness, i did leave these guys in 91% isopropyl for about 15 minutes. They are being cured in the sun right now. Maybe when I prime it, the details will be better but here are some pictures of one of the figures that I printed and settings. And yes, I'm using Chitubox as my slicer.
