Im having a problem where the print doesn't stick to the build plate. I just get these flat little chips I have to peel off the resin bath screen. I'm using the suggested exposure times, taken from the clear green elegoo resin bottle, 60 seconds bottom layer, 8 seconds normal layers. And yes, I trammed the build plate yesterday.

Hi, could use a bit of assistance tonight.

I have 2 Photon printers. I’m trying to print the exact same file on both of them with the exact same settings. One is printing pretty perfectly and the other one is garbage. Settings are Bottom Layers 8, bottom exposure 90, normal exposure 15s.

Resin is Egloo standard gray and it does look like the center of the failed print on the build plate is a little thinner than the areas around it.

Printer is about 6 weeks old. On firmware 4.2.18. Exposure test looks fine. Have tried multiple USB sticks with same result. Could really use an expert eye. Thanks!

Hello everyone, long time lurker here who has run into an issue. I think i know what my problem might be but wanted to ask your opinion. I am using the Anycubic photon. I put together the supports in Chitubox and Sliced in the Anycubic slicer. Im using the black resin. Shortly after i started the print i noticed that my platform started to become unlevel even though i previously leveled, tightened and zeroed platform. I am guessing that my mistake was having two pieces on my platform since the bigger of the two was off center. There was a bit of suction i could hear which was caused by a rather large piece. I am also going to assume that the base was not set for long enough since i only did 90 seconds based on a google drive spreadsheet and i should probably go up to 200. Let me know your thoughts and where i can improve. Thank you.

These prints from my new Sonic Mini took much less time than my Photons.. and detail is awesome... loving this machine... Logan took 4:30 hrs on mini and more than 7:30 on photon. The Geko took 43 min on mini and 2:39 hrs on Photon...
.04 layer, 2 sec layers. Polyjuice water washable resin. You can even see his shoelaces ffs.... wow! Added pic of crypto key made on photon half the height of logan took 7:30 hrs... 3 hrs more and half as high... wow! Love it more and more...

So I've never printed anything with a resin printer. I have an Anycubic Photon arriving this week, so I was messing about with an STL file that I really want to print out. Unlike FDM printing, I know nothing about this (other than what I've viewed in videos). I know I need to hunt down the spreadsheet with the values for the various resins, but I was curious about this set up -- specifically the supports. Why is the base of the mini lifted and put on supports rather than just being flat against the print bed where it could be... flat? Should I get rid of the supports under the base of the mini? Thanks!

I need some help. I think I may have some resin in the ball joint of my build plate. I have the M2 and M3 hex keys that came with my printer. However, neither one of these hex keys fit the small screws. They are too large ? ... Anyone else experience this problem?

Hey folks, I'm trying out the Elegoo Skin resin and it's my first time using the photon-resin-calibration test. If I'm reading it correctly I think I should use the 10 row? Any suggestions people can give me would be appreciated.

Coin only has 1 error and I know exactly why it had this error.

I paused it and added more resin. Happens every time...

Cannot show the detailed front of the coin due to a co-worker not having the symbol copywriter yet.

Note: I'm falling in love with my air brush again.
