My brand new Photon S won't recognize files on the USB.

Checked the USB connection to the MB and it's just fine. Power is obviously getting to the port since the flash drive like comes on.

Opened up the hood and behold! A Christmas tree of debugging lights that I have no 'effing clue what they mean! Nor where to find the debug manual for the MB!

Honestly though... As far as printers come, I'm extremely happy with Anycubic as this is the first actual issue that I've had with any of their hardware. I would like to try and see if I can solve it myself before contacting customer support.

Random question. I'm a "little" OCD. The Photon was my first printer. One of the first prints I did there was some dripping of resin and hit the front panel (lid). I've tried wiping it down with IPA but the film is still there. Anyone else experience this and/or know how to clean it? Correct, it doesn't impact the printers function and does a great job, but the film is driving me CrAzY! It's like some random vehicle on the road threw up a rock on your windshield and you have a small imperfection. While driving, it's all I focus on...

Hi guys
Really weird fact... I used anycubic green translucent resin delivered with my photon s since the beginning. 8 sec exposure and all went fine...
I switch to anycubic clear and did the exposure test with both the green old resin and the clear.
You can see the results.
It seems details on the green one is much less good. (I just colored the clear one to see it better)
I just see the old resin is much more dense and viscous...
so considering that I was happy the my old resin but here I see much better resolution with the new one...
How should I interpret that and how much I should expose the clear one?

Heya!

Prints keep failing after a new LCD screen was installed. Some parts on the bed print fine, others not, as you can see in the picture. One was made after I stopped to check if everything was okay. Exposure test seems fine.

Never had this issue before the new screen. What may be causing it? (I levelled already, same settings as before with perfect prints, new FEP, nothings works).

New printer owner here. Just did a successful test print yesterday. Had one spot with a little bubble at the base of the cube where I got freaked out by something and paused the print for a few minutes.

The other photos are my first personal print. Came out good except for all the spots where the supports attach. Any suggestions on programs that will automatically orientate for less supports?

I think there's another 10 parts to design and then a final test fit and then it's off to the races.

So here's my process, can you tell me if I'm on the right path? Prepare model in Fusion 360 with minor tweaks (models from HeroForge or other places) save as STL. Open in PrusaSlice, auto orient so faces are up. Auto support at 75%. Export w/ supports. Open in ChitUBox and slice. Open in Photon File Validator, fix any issues, if island to big go back to PrusaSlice and adjust as needed. GoTo 3, if not GoTo 5. Put .photon file on good USB and plug into Photon. Print. WAAAIIIITTTT Detach plate, scrape off printed object into ultrasonic jewelry cleaner filled with IPA and set for 3 minutes, Run HOT water over printed object and remove supports. LIGHTLY sand leftover support bumps Place under UV light and rotating stand for 5 minutes (+/- depending on size) Finish (paint if needed, varnish, whatever) Collect Underpants
