Hivemind! I need your help.

Been getting multiple failures lately, and sometimes when I test the screen I get the result as on the pic. Sometimes works again for a while after turning the Photon off and on again.

What do you reckon? MoBo, LCD screen itself, firmware?

Hello , I’ve just joined the group and have a problem with my photon , sorry for the poor image . Having done a search of the group I see someone else has had this issue and has corrected it via firmware . However I’ve tried this with a few and have had no luck . Can anyone point me to the correct firmware to address this ?

Hi guys,

I got no print success since I started using the anycubic black.

With anycubic green I had no problems.

Already configured according to Google spreedsheet, but also did not work.

Also I tried on my own configurations, but without success. All complete with some defect or missing edges.

Initially, the side where the supports are "fat" and the corners are rounded, as if the resin accumulated during work had also been cured. It decreases the exposure time, it didn't work.

Bad resin?

I looked here in the group, but I didn't find anything relevant that would give me a solution.

Anyone using anycubic black who can give me a settings that works?

Anycubic Photon

Firmware version: 4.2.19.3

Slicer: Chitubox 1.6.3 (same problem in previous versions).

Resin: Anycubic Black (7/11 2020)

Slicer settings for black resin: Google Spreedsheet and others (all failed).

Good quality USB pen drive (same problem using anycubic pen drive)

I'm looking to update the firmware on my photon printer. I have been advised to and have downloaded 4.2.18 but am unsure what to do next. Do I just plug the USB in and switch it on?

The Anycubic website has 5.0.2 on, should I use that one instead?

I'm sure this answer is somewhere but I can't find it. I have a "classic" and I want to know in which firmware AA was added. I would like to confirm if I have AA and not update firmware unless I have to. Thanks in advance.

Hey folks!. Got a problem I was hoping you could help me out with.
I started getting 'error code: T_100' after a print and was unable to print anything new.
After some sourcing on the net I was led to believe the firmware needed an update, I grabbed the files from the anycubic site support page, ran them and they seemed to update fine.
Now I'm getting this. With the added 'L_43' & 'please try to continue printing'
Any advice?

Does ANYBODY know what could be the problem with this?

It seems that the bottom layers don’t print in the black ones.
It just skips them...
The colored, are the ones that they printed correctly some months ago.

Resin Anupycubic, slicer Photon Workshop, basic settings in setup.
I print them stuck on the plate.
I updated the firmware and I leveled it really tight. I use a good usb.
Any comments?

So bit of a pickle. Been using my Photon for bout a week, and tonight I pulled the USB before pressing confirmation of the print being complete (it had completed more than 12 hours previously). I then couldn't go back in the menu. Shut down the printer, now it only says "Failed to open file!" on every print, be it a .photon or .pws file. I've powered down unplugged for over a minute, re-run the firmware, tried multiple USB sticks, downloaded the test file from the repository, and still no luck. I note that there are no images of the print files showing up in the print menu, though I could run the firmware off the same stick. Any thoughts?
