Anyone out there got some good settings for the anycubic white resin? I know i should do the exposure test but i am getting some crazy results, like 20s for ac clear. Also are the supports better with netfabb meshmixer or the peopoly one, i read they all should be pretty accurate. I would print something very small where the anycubic slicer doesnt place anything. Thank you

Un saludos a todos. Acabo de recibir mi nueva photon. Tenía una pregunta, es necesario tener una lámpara de UV o de curar la pieza al sol? Quería hacer una prueba esta noche.

Hey guys any ideas on this? These pieces are supposed to be 2mm deep, but only coming out at ~1.3mm. Printed directly onto the build plate because I need the backs to be as flat as possible. 0.05 layers, 18s normal exposure, 3 bottom layers at 60s. I wouldn't necessarily expect them to be perfect, but over 30% from spec seems a bit much. I may just have to increase the depth of the model to compensate but it would be good to know why this is so inaccurate as things stand.

I remember watching a YouTube video about this guy requiring a lot of dimensional accuracy on his Photon. I remember he took all the individual images from the slicer and did some sort of batch job in Photoshop. Does anyone else recall this video? I'm trying to look for it. Thank you.

Ok so I’m using cura on my cr20 and on the photon I use the slicer that came with it, on cura it can give me an estimate of the cost and how much filament it will use. Is there a way to get this information for the photon, i.e how much resin and cost

Hi, i just want to print more accurate, in an 10x10mm cube i get +0.18mm differnce , with anycubic green, 7,5s exposure time 0.02 layer thickness, im pretty happy with that but it would be nice to be a little more accurate, i mostly print jewlery for casting. Has anybody some tipps for me , and how accurate are youre prints ? Thank you

Has anyone here tried printing functional gears using the photon? These are the dimensions of the gear I've had in mind. I would like to know the strength and accuracy of the gear.

One of the earlier flat prints came out sort of ok, want to try again or should I give up on flat printing? Below are the settings for the print using Chitubox and the side view of the finished print. The resin is Siraya Blu, hollowed out with vent holes visible on the image. The print is a half of the mold to pour liquid silicone into it, the shapes and patterns on top came out pretty nice and accurate, so I really like the idea of printing flat, but it was incredibly hard to remove and I put a small scratch into the platform. If you have any idea how I can manage to print this flat and what I have to change - much appreciated! I had another post of the other half of the mold printing at an angle with supports and getting detached from the platform, the flat one actually was a better version.
