Got the Photon finally humming. Don't give up on this baby. I did a harder than recommended level to the LCD screen. Didn't crack the screen and now it is working perfectly. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are at your wits end. But worked for me. These were printed with Monocure Rapid Grey.

Stupid question that I haven’t been able to find an answer for... if I have a .Photon file and you want to re-slice it (with different exposure settings for a different resin), can you open the file and slice it again? It seems to work but afraid of printing it in case it is t supposed to work that way...

Monocure Rapid grey @ 0.02 layer height. From my interpretation I would need at least 14 sec layers. This obviously seems high, would it be a bad batch of resin or a weak LCD?

Hi, I've been having some problems with my photon recently and hoping to figure out the issue here.

My last couple of test prints (The test cube) have been having a strange issue. While the base sticks to the build plate the rest stays on the FEP film and solidifies into a flat piece on it.

Here's what I've done:

I've swapped to a new resin (Monocure Rapid Grey) but I'm using the settings from the spreadsheet.

I've relevelled my bed twice.

I've also replaced the FEP film.

Any advice on what to try next?
