Any idea why I’m getting “pulling” on these parts?

Is my orientation wrong or perhaps try to create supports for these areas?

Or perhaps my settings are off?

Quick question, how does one go about removing and replacing the stepper motor?

I need help. Received my Photon a month back. Did the calibrations and z-axis died on the test print.
So far Anyphoton has sent me a replacement motherboard -didn’t fix the problem.
Next step, do I insist a refund and purchase another printer? (Incur shipping costs)
Wait for them to send a z-axis and see if it fixes the problem.
The poll below to gather feedback if anyone else has faced problems and managed to fix it.

Happy Sunday all and no this isn't a scale model of the Photon.

Rather it is a memory from my childhood. One of those old school toy vending machines (Gashapon - or so it's called in Japan).

Well so, still waiting for my motherboard to arrive so I can finally start printing... in the meantime gonna just share what I create for free.

Got my printer 2 weeks back and hasn't worked since day 1.

While I'm waiting for replacement parts to arrive, the only thing keeping my sanity going is learning these 3D programs.

Just received my Photon. Did the leveling and all was good.

During test print, the z axis groaned and stopped moving. # feelingsad

Any remedies/suggestions I should try while waiting for their support to get back to me?
