Solved the 'adding resin' problem from the last post, and the print came out fine. However, now I've got a new question. I'm getting what I can only describe as /almost/ support failures. See the broken but recovered supports on the right side of the picture? Anyone know why this happens?

Is pausing the print supposed to fail it? I paused to add more resin and it just never started curing on the previous layer again. Now all I've got is a layer cured to the fep.

I just printed a big supportless print and I'm having trouble getting it off the plate. I've never had to use anything but the plastic scraper before. Do I need to worry about scratching the plate? Does anyone have recommendations? Spackle knife maybe?

I ordered this printer in June 2018. Since then, I've had to do one firmware update and nothing else. Today I changed the factory FEP for the first time. The official ANYCUBIC youtube channel made it DUMB easy. All you need that's not included in the box is a bottlecap. I love this little machine. I'm on my 4th bottle of resin and hope this thing keeps chugging for a LONG time. Color me impressed.

Having an issue with minis that is pretty strange. I've done a ton of prints, and I can never seem to get bases correct. The character always comes out fantastic, but the base always comes out warped. I use a ton of supports, but it always seems like the lowest, fattest support I place is messed up, but the rest of the print recovers. See pictures for examples. I always print the bases at an angle, never parallel to the buildplate. I have supports all the way up the base, too. They pretty much always end up printing too thin and warp.

Can we add one of those group join prerequisite questions that says "If I'm joining here to ask for help, I will post a screenshot of the model with supports?" I'm guilty of it, you're guilty of it, we're all guilty of it. It would be nice to get the word out ahead of time, though.
