Hello, just got the Photon and have spent more time hacking together a ventilated cabinet than I have printing anything

Finally printed a test of one of my old models though (larger grey one is an old shapeways order). The back is really wrecked up from the supports...Gotta learn to set those up better. Test file printed great though after one failure from setting the Z home too high.
If anyone has some good videos on people setting up supports for characters with a lot of overhangs please share! I wanted to print a human character model but the slicer and mesh mixer both wouldn't let me add supports everywhere that was needed.
