I have the Photon with the V4.2.3 firmware. I see V5.0.2 firmware on the website (upgraded only). What does this means and should I install this firmware?

I wonder if this no filter vents to outside setups are compliant with health and safety laws. Specially here in Europe. Anyone knows?

I need suggestions for a filter to use for the fumes. I've tried the plant based resin, no smell, but I feel the air gets kind of heavy still.
I'm planning to use the adapter on thingiverse and install the filter outside the machine
