Epic fail, seems like the model broke off the supports while printing, the support structure was on the build plate while the model was in the vat.

I sliced it in Chitubox using the default heavy supports, do I have to increase the size of the supports?

Getting this step in the print, It was printed vertical with no tilt on the model not sure why is steppping out like that.

On an other page I received the following post, not sure what to make of it or find any additional information, can anyone shed some more light on this?

"when your doing both calibration and normal prints, the key is the base or raft has a measurement and the burn layers should match otherwise over lapping layers can cause issues and over measurement.

ie if your printer isn’t tuned and your layer cure settings are puffy or incorrect, this adds extra dimension to the print layers.

Meaning 0.05 micrometer would be 2000 layers for the whole model but puffy overcured layers may be 2000 0.056 or 0.06 - so the print gradually accumulates extra dimension and scale casing issues such as failure."

When removing the supports, it seems to leave dipples, is that because the embedment depth is too deep?

I'm getting these lines and ridges across the print, I know it's not the supports coming through, the model was prints at 10deg with 0.05mm layers. Have no idea what is causing this. (sorry about the focus)

Printed a steel section using the Anycubic Green resin, post cured for 15min, haven't painted it yet.

However it warps all over the place during the day. I'm not sure if I UV cured it long enough, it feels hard, can you over cure the resin. There are so many different post cure times out there.

I would have thought the resin would have a particular time since it is manufactured to the same spec (well maybe)

Had a failed print on the Photon, it's like it stop moving in the z-direction, not sure what that means or how to fix it.
