Carbon filter Merv rating?

I want to reduce odor pumped into the atmosphere. Does carbon filters help with this? What Merv rating would I need? I have a chart for what merv rating needed and their chemicals. However, I have trouble finding what chemicals are in the "ELEGOO standard grey photopolymer Resin for LCD" Elegoo does not state any chemicals they use. Formlabs shows what their resin uses, but people claim to barely smell it. I assume formlabs uses a different ingredient all together.

Separating resin out of IPA?

I have bottles of IPA that had been saturated with resin. Is there a way to recover the IPA like shining UV light to separate it? I have not put the time in yet to study the effects. Ive tried it a few times and it turns to this white mushy substance and not very clean separation. I think the problem is I didnt let the IPA settle and cool down?

Some ideas:
-After curing resin in IPA, put it on a strainer and sift the IPA out.
-Use a magnetic stirrer + UV light to ensure an even mix so the resin is 100% cured all throughout the IPA instead of just one zone while the rest of the resin inside IPA will be blocked by the cured resin.

-Test if cured resin in IPA sinks or floats, so then I can selectively shine UV at the top or bottom of container.

Photon S - LCD life time/power output

My printer prints about 8 hours everyday. I can not find a definite source for the life of the photon LCD life. I want to preemptively change the LCD before it reaches below maybe 80% of original output. I am afraid my LCD will be weakened from long term use and produce insufficient cured parts to my customers.

Based on your experience, when do you change your LCD? Does it work great and just suddenly break, or maybe it slowly degrades?

FEP tension - frequency test

I am experimenting between 250 and 350Hz on my photon S. I use them for mass production of very small parts. Why do people recommend such a large range from 250 to 350? Why not just aim for 300Hz or some other value?

For example, is 250Hz for small parts, and 350Hz large parts?

Based on my rough testing so far at 330Hz and 250Hz,
250Hz has less prints sticking to FEP than 330Hz. I did not really notice a loss in quality yet from 330Hz down to 250Hz. The supports connection points I use are very tiny at 0.30mm diameter in order to break off easily during mass processing.

I plan to go lower than 250Hz soon after I catch up with production or get a new machine just to play around with.

Hello,

I need some advice from you guys;

What resin washes/dissolves very well in "Mean Green" + Ultrasonic cleaner? The current resin I am using for testing is "ELEGOO ABS-Like - grey" and the prints after curing still has a bit of smell and is sticky. I do not have time to hand scrub any of the parts because I have hundreds to make. Price is not a concern because my parts are tiny, smaller than 1x1x1cm.

Thanks
