Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團 » 用戶發文

Hi all, I’m having some issues printing.

I’m using supports to raise parts up so tge don’t get damaged when removing.

However, I’m finding on the surfaces that are facing the bed where the supports are joined to the parts, a ‘bulge’ of resin, usually in the centre of the part. The larger the part, the larger the bulge.

I’ve tried angling the parts in case it was resin that had collected on the part and had not drained off, but I still get them.

I’d prefer to not print the part directly onto the bed, but that might be the way I have to go.

Any hints & tips would be helpful.

I’m using Anycubic Clear resin.

Thanks all

I have had that issue with clear resin while printing in a chilly room and having too long exposure.

I believe that happens because transparent resin leaks UV through and the left over resin cures leaving a bulge. Now I have my printer in a warm room, shorter exposure time and transparent resin and the problem is gone.

Dan Andersson that kinda makes sense ?? ??

Hi all, I hope you’re all safe and well.

My first few prints with Anycubic Transparent on my Photon S.

They’ve come out printed great, though with a slight yellow tinge. I’m guessing my exposure settings are a bit out?

Any tips or definitive exposure settings for it?

What's your exposure set to, mine was 6s at 0.05mm and not much better

I’m not sure at the moment as my printer setup is away from home and we’re currently in lockdown in the UK.

All resins will yellow as they cure, its usually just not noticeable unless you have clear or white resin to start with.

Hi all,
I’ve seen a number of posts where people are using different programs (prusaslicer/photon slicer etc) for different stages of the slicing/printing process.

Are there any step by step guides on doing this?

1. Open the anycubic slicer once to see it, never use it again.
2. Use Chitubox.
3. See that Chitubox can't do some stuff or is bad at it.
4. Use prusaslicer for supports. Slice in Chitubox.

I went a different way because I print things where size matters.
