Hi everyone is there a Schematic or wiring diagram for the photon mainboard?

After about 20 days of installing the new mainboard (after the stock one died), and only 4 prints this one died as well. Again great service from Anycubic, made the ticket on monday, yesterday they shipped a new one, but needless to say I have lost a good deal of confidence in their components.

Plus it takes the thing about two months to arrive.

So a friend who works in the electronics world, offered to take a crack at fixing any of the dead mainboards

I'm collecting, but said a schematic would help a lot.

Hello there, thanks to groups advice I've manage to print a mold for foam casting, but I have to ask to experts who use this kind of casting

Is there any special requirements in order to use a printed mold with resin or polyurethane?

Anyone using maker juice wax cast? What does your curing and burnout schedule look like? Seems I can’t get consistent casts and I’ve been trying a few things. The burnout schedule from the website does not seems to be that consistent.

My smaller prints cast ok when they are all by themselves but when I cast it with bigger models there’s a ton of porosity. Using a home made burnout kiln with 5 holes on the bottom, one on top to let the hot air out. Using a centrifuge with silver. Button side down. Some burnout sheets say to put the button side up. Anyone care to share their experiences with this?

I’m suspecting it’s either a curing issue or a burnout issue. Might be a issue with not enough airflow in the burnout. Also seems MakerJuice Labs wax cast resin has mixed reviews online, many ppl can’t get it working right but some can! I’m staying hopeful. I’ve printed and casted about 25 times total so I’m still new! Sharing is caring :)

So, the room my printer is in stays cold during the winter. Too big to heat with a space heater, and can’t close the windows due to them being about 15-20 feet up the wall. Anyone have any suggestions to still get good prints, or make it to where the cold room won’t be a problem. And no, I can’t move it anywhere else in the house.
