Switched to green and got these gems out.

8 base layers at 80 seconds, 8 second exposure at .03 mm layer height.

Prusa supports, Chitu backup supports and slice, and then run through the validator.

I have tried desperately to read everything I can on my issue, but so far I haven't found a solid fix, other then it might be a motherboard. :(

I just unboxed my Photon today and was just about to start the leveling process when I went to move the Z-axis up to make room for the bed, but the Z-Axis arm doesn't move. It makes a grinding sound and looks like it WANTS to move but won't.

I tried moving it with my hand and that works. I also tried some of the screws around it per some of the suggestions here. No luck.

The one thing I didn't try is a Firmware update, it seems like a hardware issue but I am not sure.

If something like this has already been posted let me know and I will go back to searching again. I am waiting on support but I am not sure what their turnaround time is, somethings I read are weeks. :(

Can anyone tell me what would be the reason for a failure like this? Some of the supports have failed. Initially all supports were stuck to the plate but as i looked later, some have come off and have weirdly warped and fused together.

Question for the group here... I’m just starting to experiment with hollowing models (I’ve mostly just printed smaller models that didn’t need hollowing).

How do you cure the inside of a hollow model. For example I hollowed this one and I can tell it’s not cured inside? Photo added but it may not show it so well?
