Hi all I brought a photon s from aliexpress due to where I live. It come with photon workshop V2.0.23 basic edition. I can not see how to save the file for the photon s file like I have seen people saying in the group. is this the right software to use or do I need to download something else ?
I have not had a successful print and am wondering if this has anything to do with it, I want to try a different file other then the cube.

Ok I tried looking in this forum but havent seen anything like this. I have 3 new lcd screens and a new mainboard. The Lcd screens are the epax ones off amazon. So its hard to see in the pic but all the screens display everything in negative. I tried updating the firmware and that did nothing. The pic bellow is the test screen. You can see that it is masked where it should be letting light through. Basically printing a negative shape.

Anyone encounter this before?

I just found something strange ,that I have printed Anycubic resin and Photon. With white and grey I used the parameters as a picture below:
Layer: 0.05
Normal exposure time: 12s (with clear green: 8s)
Off time: 6.5
Bottom exposure time: 50
Bottom layer: 5
I have checked the curing time on some test files, 11-12s is perfect.
But the problems is after print, i feel i don't need post curing. They are cured enough and perfect to use immediately after printing and washing, Just print and washing with isopropyl.
If I intentionally post curing, they will become to crunchy.
is that normal ?
PS: I have a post curing tool but I haven't used it since I realized this.

Hello guys, I just want to be sure if these marks are a problem or not. Also, how often, or for what reasons do you change the film of the resin tank?

I’m asking because I printed two identical models in the same print, but they came out with some holes in thin areas, but in different from one to another, and I’m assuming it was problem during the curing. (I also think that,because I left the resin in the tank for almost a week, I didn’t shake it well enough prior to the print)

Having some issues. This is the 3rd time I have had this failure and I'm not sure why. Brand new printer, test print went fine, plate is level, ambient room temp is around 65, everything has been cleaned. Settings are just the standard setting with 50 sec exposure for 1st layer. Ideas?
