I bought my printer about 6 months or so ago and havent touched it yet (not even a calibration print, just cycled power).

I dont feel like getting the anycubic green that ill never use except for the test calibration print. Anything else I can use instead like the siraya blue or something to calibrate with?

I got my replacement LCD and glass in last night and installed it this morning. Despite trying my hardest a piece of dust got under the glass and caused a small air bubble (arrow 1) and like an idiot I thought I could quickly separate the two and get it out which didn’t work and ended up get some more smaller dust particle between the two (arrow 2). My question is do y’all think this will cause an issue with prints? I’m really hoping not ?

I'm running out of resin and need to pick up more. I see a lot of people using grey resin. Are there any advantages quality wise compared to transparent resin? Also I'd be interested in resin that doesn't smell as bad. But I'm not picky enough to spend 50% more for odorless. Is there any resin that has a less pungent smell on a budget?

So, Anycubic and Elegoo resin goes for ~$40/L on Amazon. Is there any cheaper resin y'all trust? I have a LOT of printing to do in the near future, so if I can save a little money, that'd be awesome. Thanks! <3

With a larger model (one that takes up most of the build plate).... I need to up my:
Bottom Layer count?
Exposure time?
Bottom Exposure time?
(Previous print fail. Feel off build plate. Elegoo Gray. Large flat base so no supports should be needed. Hollowed out.)

Hey Guys - Another Noob question here.

I have some models I’m trying to print in reverse. The issue is, when I use auto support, the left on some work, but the same model that’s been mirrored is supported different and it results in missing hands or fingers.

I’ve tried to add individual supports but the AC slicer doesn’t always allow me to add supports where they’re needed.

Question 1:

If I run a model through auto support and decide to add a support, is there a way to force a support on the model?

Question 2:

If I take one model that has been supported and save it as an stl, can I then import it back to the slicer and print it as is?

Because if I can, I can mirror the functioning model and eliminate the issue.

Any advice would be appreciated.
