Hey guys,

After primed this model, I saw a little cracks, any ideas why?? To much time in the uv chamber?? I bathed in the IPA for 5 minutes, after this, 2+ hours in the uv chamber

Hi! After two weeks of printing, my Anycubic Photon stopped working.

It shuts down and restarts after the first few layers, as you can see on the video. I thought that it was displaying a faulty empty layer, but this is just the loading process and it got interrupted.

Yesterday, it could not recognize my USB stick, I tried with the original one which was read but the print failed. I thought it was a memory problem, unplugged the photon to flush the memory, formatted my USB stick (new one 2GO), loaded only one file with a simple name on it and it was read again.
However, I still got failed print, after only one or two layers. No message, no error displayed.

Do you think it's the A/C adapter? Or is it still a memory problem? Any idea before calling Anycubic and fighting for a replacement?

Thanks in advance.

Update: It's currently printing even if I don't really know why. I tried three things 1) clean the vat properly by bathing it in IPA for a while 2) reste Z=0 position 3) unplugged the AC adapter from the Photon itself and not only from the wall plug.

First successful print, im really impressed with the detail of the Photon S.

Im digging the learning curve, theres so much information on here.

I hollowed, angled him and just auto added supports so i could get a feel of it all. A couple of supports attached to his hair as well as attaching to the corner of the busts base.

He might not be cured as hes leaking green from the hole in the bottom.

Looking forward to turning him into a tattood slayer.
