I just printed a big supportless print and I'm having trouble getting it off the plate. I've never had to use anything but the plastic scraper before. Do I need to worry about scratching the plate? Does anyone have recommendations? Spackle knife maybe?

My first custom hero forge mini, the Hat Box Ghost from the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland. I had to add the cane and hatbox in Blender. The hat box was made from scratch, the cane is made from the lower half of Chirrit Imwe's staff on Thingiverse (by CaseStudyno8), and edited in Blender.

So I finally got back the build plate and the resin vat, and bought a new power supply. I was just trying to level the bed and suddenly the Z axis won't move at all even though there the motor noise. Sorry for the loud noise, my FDM is printing

Just received my photon / fauxton (not happy about it but that's not the issue today).

I haven't been able to get a print to stick to the build plate since setting up the machine and after being frustrated with multiple attempts at calibrations I checked the build plate for defects.

Behold my findings.

Is there anything I can do other than contact support to try and get a replacement plate?
