Hey all!

I was just wondering if any of you folks had used Anycubic Eco Resin (specifically the orange)?

Looking for some reliable print settings at 0.02 or 0.05.

Morning all. Just a quick question - I have just bought some Epax non-fep for my Photon, and just wondered if this usually comes with protective film to peel off, or not?

It's not obvious if it does, so before I fit, just wanted to make sure.

Bit of a random question, but has anyone tried mixing 10% Monocure Flex with Anycubic Eco resin? Does it work ok?

I have been using it with the regular Anycubic stuff, and it's fantastic. Thinking of switching to Eco (and I'm aware that by adding flex, it's suddenly a lot less 'eco' ;-) )

Thought I would share this rather large and time consuming project I have just completed.

I was commissioned to model and print a trophy for the Original Mecha Competition, based on artwork by Gavin Manners. The trophy will be supplied as a kit, and is a limited edition of 6.

I did the dual rail upgrade prior to starting, and was so glad I did - the print fail rate dropped considerably, and the print quality was stunning. Still, glad all this is finished now, as it meant running the Photon 24/7 for weeks.

Modelled (and painstakingly split in to parts) in Modo, and printed in Anycubic Aqua Blue with 10% Monocure Flex.

Hey all. I am thinking about modelling some IPA vessels for cleaning my prints that would fit perfectly in my ultrasonic cleaner. If I print them in PLA, do you think they will hold the IPA or would it react? Also if I print a fitted lid with a seal, would that stop evaporation?

Thought I’d share progress on my current print project. It’s the Nier : Automata machine lifeform. The original is based on the Bring Arts figure, but I will be modelling expansion packs to create different variants from the game.

Modelled in Modo, sliced in Chitubox and printed with 90% Anycubic orange/10% Monocure Flex.

Bunch of skulls printed at (approx) 1:6 scale as a commission. No failed prints (although the first attempt wasn’t right because of user error).

Not bad as the machine had been dormant for a couple of months and I just dismantled and rebuilt the build plate and vat to give it a thorough clean. Ameralabs resin.

Doing a pretty large print for a Facebook buddy. Model from Gambody. Only one part has failed so far. Printed in Anycubic light blue and orange. Ignore the support nubs - I’m going to leave them for the owner... ?

Also, looking at the hammer handle, I don’t have much of a z wobble issue.
