Hey guys, so I'm having a problem with my PhotonS. Sometimes I'm ending up with a line across my print. It doesn't happen every print. Based on that I've ruled out a skip on my Z Axis. Could it be lack of supports? Legs were supported on both sides. Supports are missing from the pic because I had removed them. Resin Anycubic grey, 0.05 @ 8 seconds exposure time, .

I’m currently trying to dial in the settings for Elegoo grey at 0.020 (unfortunately not listed in the spreadsheet at that layer height). I have been told my prints are overexposed, so I am reducing time in 1 second increments. Before I get layer separation or loss of build plate adhesion, are there other clues of underexposure I need to watch for?

Thread is stripped... now what do I do??

I managed to get the screw out with plyers, and turning it manually....
(It was recommended to me to strip down my build plate. BUT when I tried putting it back together, this happened.) ?

Okay sometimes I do things out of necessity sometimes I do things to experiment this time it was a little bit of both.
When you change your curing screen out it's intuitive to use electrical tape to hold the new screen in. Which I have done over the last six screens yes I print that much but this time I decided to use cellophane tape packaging tape and I'm getting excellent performance.
I started noticing parts dropping off of the stands or not having adhesion to the plate and I couldn't help but think that everything just look like the build plate was not touching the glass even though when I use paper to level the plate everything seemed normal except that I was trying to do it on top of electrical tape.

So, I'm getting successful prints for the most part but on slightly larger stuff I'm getting sags like this miniature camper shell. That bottom swell should be parallel to the upper part of the camper. Is it that I'm not exposing the prints long enough or am I not adding enough supports? Appreciate the help for a noob. Thanks!
