Hi all, I am a jeweller and I have outsourced 3d printing services before but never done it myself. I am considering getting a 3d printer so I can print with castable resin. My budget is small atm so I am thinking of getting the original photon and use with blue cast x5. I am just wondering if I can achieve the engraving like the ring I made a long time ago. If not I would like to know your suggestions (: Thank you in advance xx

Anyone else having issues ordering 99% IPA? I’m assuming this has something to do with the coronavirus mania? Can’t find anything above 70% for quick delivery.

Kind of ironic that it would be to actually clean the coronavirus.

As my first print with the Photon Zero I did the RERF test to find the best exposure time for my resin.I have no idea what to conclude from this testprint. Does anybody see differences? Sorry if the image quality is not good. It's the best I could get at the moment.

It's heeeereeee!

I noticed some reviewers had received a small bottle of resin with their printer. Mine didn't, and doesn't have a cut out in the foam for one like I've seen in videos. Is this normal? I have some on order anyway, just curious if something was missed.

Repairing the divots/nubs after removing supports : What do you guys usually use to fix it? Sandpaper? A nail file? If sandpaper, what grit do you use?
I've been printing 28mm miniatures, and I'm trying to find a method that can preserve the details and not damage the model.

Printed with elegoo black, 80sec base 1 layers 8 sec normal, it printed beautifully but anyone know what caused those flakes/slag in the supports? There was similar stuff on the vat as well, but it didn’t effect the print for some reason?
