I unplugged my Photon, moved it to a new shelf, and now it wont turn on. It makes a weird clicking noise and has a blinking red light.

The machine wont power on.

Another question from the newbie family!
We’re now using Chitubox and can’t figure out how to make it stop adding supports under the bases of our figures. It does it in auto support and when we are trying to add supports manually.
Help please!

Hi guys.
Might be a stupid question, but have to ask.

Are supports change if I save them to stl and load them in another program?
What I meant to do is start in pursaslicer with some supports, save in stl and add supports in chitubox. Does this work?? Or pursa supports then became odd dimensions??

I am trying to update my firmware to 4.2.19, however the file i received from anycubic's website only includes 2 files and guide videos show that they have 4. Am i doing something wrong here? I dont want to brick my printer

Anyone know what could cause this? Same settings I’ve always used, new bottle of resin that I’d used just previously. Two models printed out fine in this batch but the rest stuck to the bottom. Time to change the fep?
