This is a new problem for me. The rest of the figure stuck on the fep so hard i broke it. Maybe too much expo. Thoughts?

I know Anycubic customer service often (and with reason) gets a bad rap, so I thought it only fair to share a good experience.
I've been getting the dreaded M-11800 USB related error on and off for a while, I raised a ticket with anycubic a while ago and got a response with the normal "try a new USB, correct size, etc" fixes, as the fault was intermittent I left it at that. Yesterday the fault started occurring with more regularity.

I raised a ticked via the site last night, and woke up this morning to a message advising they were sending me a new motherboard, so they do get it right sometimes :)

Hi everyone , any ideas to get perfect results using NextDent C&B Micro filled i have got good result but the bridge wont fit on model the holes seems not uniform, i tried oriantation changing still nothing worked ?

Anyone ever have their build plate tilt during a print??Good thing I caught at 30 layers of an 8 hour print.Time to disassemble and reassemble the build plate and check for loose screws

Hey all, curious problem with my good friend’s Photon - it is not moving the correct amount during Z travel - including jogging. It moves approximately 0.9mm for every 1mm move - verified with digital micrometer after a lot of fussing with settings, wasted resin, time etc.

Eliminated mechanical issues as the cause, everything feels smooth.

Possible reference voltage too low?
(missing steps at a certain point in the rotation?)

Faulty stepper driver (ie, motherboard)?
