Tried my own design for the 1st time, failed. Strangely the bottom of the raft stayed on the build plate but as soon as it began building the supports they remained in the vat, I used Chitubox and put on automatic supports so would have expected it to work. I can upload an image of what I was trying to print.

Your orientation is too horizontal and got stuck to the FEP. I would try no more than 30° off of normal (90°)

A wide flat part like that has too much surface area and when the supports thin out they run risk of pulling off the plate

Prusa Slicers hollow function is so nice. Super accurate and smooth and you can edit it when you save the project file. Edit: you have to save the hollow as an stl, if you try to do a hollow then outo supports the inside gets filled with supports. If you save the hollow then do auto supports it works normally. Not great, but gettin there.

First model completed with home printed parts! Files were found on Thingiverse and I used Anycubic Grey resin in my Photon. Parts were more brittle than I’m used to working with but I’m satisfied with the end results.

I printed 4 lithophanes standing on the plate, no supports, like most people suggest.
All of them warped at the bottom (not the side touching the plate)
Also half of them have some lines.
Any ideas? ?

could be the minimum thickness is to small. even my wobbely ones doesnt look like that. and even if i made my frame thick like yours, i still had wobble so i premade and used my own support structure.

I tried doing this, but with crates and yes, they warped at the bottom.
So I increase the exposure time by 2 seconds and it worked a treat.

There is a great show called Locke & Key that came from a comic series by Joe Hill. The keys all do special things. For example, this is the Anywhere Key which when inserted in a lock and used, can let the user open the door to any other door they have seen. So you could use it on your front door and have it open to a door on a street in Paris.

what is causing this?

i put in a new vat, new build plate(ones that i know are ok)....cleaned everything...redid the models..changed models...tried other stuff..

these have been printed several times on all 3 of my printers...but are doing this on just one for now(that i know of)....so what causes this?

Looks like delamination. If you've printed these with the same resin, and same settings before on this same printer, I wonder if it is the LED array getting weaker.

Those "sheets" of resin are a sign that it's flickering. In most cases.

i use the same settings on all 3 printers and hadnt had any issues until a few days ago...at first i thought it was the model got corrupted cause another one acted like this..but it did the same thing on another printer...

I've seen that before. Turns out my LCD screen was going bad. I took the plate off and does that out and let it run a print while I watched. Eventually I saw it was the screen. Replaced it and I'm back to perfect prints again.

It was about 30 to 40 minutes into the print when I finally saw the screen display something like this. At the time it was just supposed to be two 1-inch squares.
