I updated (Firmware) my Photon since that point only fails prints because of supports. I didn't change anything but the update (Firmware). same resin same slicer same settings. Can somebody help me understand what is the problem? I have been printing for years with FDM and 1 year with no problem with Resin. Any guide or youtube tutorial well be really appreciated. I really don't understand why will stop working or the change in my supports.

So have an interesting situation:

I have two Photon S and up until a week ago they were both running great, then I ran out of Elegoo Grey and ordered some Elegoo ABS-Like grey, this is where things got weird.

Printer 1 started messing up, it looked like part of the model ripped off of the supports (but other parts were fine, despite how I rotated the whole file) and ended up stuck to the FEP. Printer 2, running perfect!

Both printers had the same setting, i've tried using swapping the USB's and printer 1 is always a bust despite re-levelling and a new FEP. Now both printers are having all parts stick to the FEP...where did I go wrong? (Brain is really too burned out from a long week to think straight)

Slowly making progress
Custom supports are working better then auto supports (mostly)
The messed up parts I didn’t put big enough supports on them....

I still need to dial in my settings more, I think I can get a lot more details out of this still....

The short leg one is the newest one, the second one was waaaay over exposed but the second try still has more detail showing now

Guys I know this has been asked but can’t seem to find the fix! I updated the photon s with the new firmware. And yet it still won’t read any other files besides pws. So I have to slice it in photon workshop. But that means i can’t use hollow prints because when I try it epically fails and destroys the print. Any help :(

After over 200 print jobs taking anywhere from 4 to 11 hours each, most of the time running back to back jobs, I will have to say that being completely satisfied with my original Photon, is an understatement!!! Definitely the best first 3D printer I could have asked for!! Highly recommended!!! My original Photon actually outruns my 2nd printer, the Photon S !! AND... still the least expensive printers of this class and the least expensive resins !!! These pics are just a few of my original sculpts that I printed on the Anycubic Photon !! Hope you like!

Need some suggestions on printing this? I know if i go flat on the plate i will loose detail on one side. I designed the coin to shrink down to like 38mm round.

New member question here: I'm having problems with getting the right file type for my Photon printer. It seems the printer needs to have `.pws` files and won't read anything else but Chitubox keeps giving me `.Photon` files.
So my question is how can I get the Chitubox to give me a `.pws` file and/or how can I get the Photon printer to read a `.Photon` file?

extra info:
1) it's a Photon printer (not the Photon S).
2) The firmware number is V3.4.1 (which is what it shipped with)
3) I have successfully printed the test file already, working on my first useful print.
