Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團

After having printed lots of things successfully for several months my fep film got punctured and I had to replace it.
From this on two out of three of my prints are failing. Mostly they don't stick to the build plate at all and remain at the vat bottom as a layer. Other fails are partly sticking parts or strange deformations.

I already leveled my print bed a few times and fastened the build plate. My settings on the Slicer are shown below.

One thing I noticed is that the fep film is not sitting directly on the glas because the screws of the vat are protruding a small amout. Could this cause all my problems? If yes - how to solve this?

Any suggestions are welcome ...

Kai

Anyone want to help a resin noob out? I can't get my test cube to work right. It seems like it mostly works, but once it reaches the corner where the "Photon" diagonal band starts, it gets totally messed up. I canceled it once I noticed the issue. I'm using the yellow Eco plant based resin (which is what Anycubic gave me with my order since the default resin was out of stock, apparently). I believe this print was at 8s exposure, but I tried slicing one at 10s and it had the same issue. I think it may be either a room temperature issue, or a leveling issue. Any clues from you wonderful people? Thanks!

Any good resources for cleaning up your sculpt after print? No matter what the supports leave so many marks and sanding it just leaves more marks and looks terrible

Hey folks I ve been using chitubox for ages now but I ve since been told to use prusa for supports. Is the idea use CB to hollow, create holes, import to prusa to support then slice in CB?

Update. After doing my first print yesterday using elegoo grey as my printer didn’t come with any resin and it failed, I bought some Anycubic green off amazon which turned up today and I ran it again and it printed perfectly so the failure must of been exposure numbers. Thanks for all who helped ?

Hi all, first time printer here... I've set everything up this afternoon, and am using the Anycubic Black resin that came with my printer. I've used Chitubox to set it up using the settings from the google docs. I set:

Exposure Time: 7.0

Bottom Exposure Time : 90.0

and left everything else as is.

Started out well and made it about 45% done, and it looks like it's snapped off right at the base. I'm a total newbie to this, so any help is much appreciated! One variable I think is that it's quite chilly in the room with the window open for ventilation. Is there anything else I should be looking at?

Thanks!

PSA: Ever have an issue where Validator will be stuck at "loading" if your .photon is too big (that is, big model + low layer height, like <0.04?) I've found that to fix this, you can open the STL in Prusa slicer, and click the little caution "!" icon next to the name of your model in the right pane. This will make Prusa export and "repair" your model. Then you can export it back out as an STL into Chitubox, export as .photon, and Validator will magically be able to load the .photon export. 翻譯年糕
