I wonder if any of you have used these products to clean the FEP film. I used to use laser based SLA and the PEC pads were extremely good to clean the mirrors inside the printer.

Need some help. Anycubic photon, anycubic photon s, elegoo Mars, or new creality ld002r. For a good first resin printer
I am leaning toward the anycubic photon due to the large number of users or the new creality as I have 4 of their fdm printers and they are great. Btw I’m in Australia and they are all roughly the same price except for the photon S and the elegoo Mars are more $ and the Mars is harder to get/find

Had a couple really successful prints, then started getting fails. Last handful, all of my models are getting ripped off the supports. I’m printing nothing but supports the last 3 days ?

I’ve tried the Chitubox support settings from 3DProntingPro, this pic is of Prusa support sliced in Chitubox as many recommend, nothing’s working.

What are the likely causes of supports ripping off? I’m guessing generally it’s a suction issue but should I be looking to adjust the contact points, the exposure, the lift time, the ambient temperature...?

I’m at a loss because I started getting failures printing a model that previously had no problems and have been trying every adjustment I can think of.

This resin is SainSmart black and it’s the only one I’ve gotten clean prints out of (experiences a lot of layer peeling with AC translucent green, I think because it was too cold in the room).

Haven’t had any leveling issues from day one, only warping, later splitting, and detached supports.

I'm investigating a series of failures. The key to this investigation is that prints had been successful for months, and now they are failing, all settings the same. Another piece of interesting information is that they are failing far worse on one side of the printer (sticking to the FEP from the beginning of the print). Now, as I investigate, if all settings remain the same, what can make prints that were successful now fail? My immediate assumption is a damaged FEP or a worn out LCD screen. Original Photon, .03 height, 6 sec exposure, Elegoo grey.

I'm having trouble printing a cube without distortion. You can see in the picture that the lowest point has some 'waves' on it. It's also slightly distorted in the lower z

Anyone seen this or have suggestions? I've tried different resin, etc.

Is the R_E_R_F .pws file that's preloaded and ready to run on the anycubic stick already formatted for the different exposures ?
Is there a way to change it from the set .05 layer to .025 or 02. When i load it in the photon or Chitubox slicers it doesn't allow for changes.
