I don't know why... maybe not fully cured yet? But this print in Elegoo black was CRAZY strong. If you look closely, you can see the drill bit mis-shapes the piece as it spins around. I can't believe it didn't break in my hand. Also, can someone explain to me why the photon messes up tolerances on functional parts, please? If it's just because the pixels aren't the same size as the layers, shouldn't there be a sweet spot with layer height? Like, if you set the layers to a specific height, should be all good?

So what causes that Peel up on the supports? Current setting on Chitubox are:

Layer Height of .04

Bottom Layer Count: 6

Exposure Time: 10s

Bottom Exposure time: 60s

Hey everyone! Long time lurker, first time problem-haver. At least that I couldn't figure out given the FAQs and advice here. New Photon S, got a couple successful prints and now this is the sort of thing I'm getting. Prints adhering to the build plate, but warping and not sticking as it gets thicker. Do I need thicker supports, longer exposure, etc? Can't figure it out.

Using standard slicer as chitubox doesn't work for the .photon file type.

Anyone know a file out there to cover the canopy? I really don’t like the pilot and roll cage, I’d prefer it’s covered. Doesn’t matter if it’s free or i can buy. Anything?
