Recently I have had prints failing with a circle missing in the middle and supports failing too. That is normal ones with a raft and those that are printed directly onto the build plate. Can anyone diagnose my problem?

Hello all. Ive recently acquired a photon printer. Im still a bit new to all of this. My first print went sort of good. It was warped for I guess 10 minutes of printing in the middle somewhere.

Any idea what might have caused this?

My second problem is related to the pic. Ive now twice printed these, and they came out nearly flat, and on the bottom of the FEB. They were supposed to be 3d of course. Any ideas of what might have caused this and how I can fix this issue?

15 hour print of the bladesegments was a succes. Printing the last set of parts for the replica of the ceremonial dagger from the game Silent Hill:Homecoming.

After the last print is is tine to assemble the blade and clean up all seperate pieces and make molds.

This thing is huuuuuuge (45cm)

New screen and new resin, buildplate is dead level and fep tuned. I can see I need some tweaking, the fep is noticeably louder now with a lot more pressure required to pull prints off. My question is to avoid thin spots pulling off supports and causing failed prints like shown here should I amp up exposure or try something else like tweak support settings? It's anycubic black point05 with 7s exposure as per the cheatsheet. Bit stumped on this so any advice would be great.

Edit: Turning up exposure from 7 to 10 did the trick

Has anyone replaced the original Fep with an Epax non Fep Film?

So I'm thinking of trying some water washable resin. What brand to people recommend and do you have any advice for me before I buy?

EDIT: thanks for your advice so far everyone! So it turns out it is near impossible to find washable resin that ships to Australia. I did like the look of Ployjuice which dose ship here, but the shipping adds $60 to the price! If anyone knows where I can find washable resin that ships to Australia at a decent price I would be happy to know.

Seen this problem? The bottom should be flat but there's a bunch of glitches - the ones outside the main circles and support bases go right up through the model making vertical beams. This is being produced by a model in both Photon Workbench versions 2.0.23 and 2.1.20 - very weird
