Somebody provide me with advice. I can't get anything to stick to the build plate anymore.
I'm using an OG single Z-rail Photon. I haven't updated the firmware settings or done anything else drastic to change my settings. The only slightly pimped out accessory I'm using is the Peopoly FEP vat instead of the one that came with the machine, but I've been using it successfully for about 2 months without incident.
I have re-leveled 6 times, and changed the FEP liner once. I tested the UV light and it looks fine. I made sure all hex nuts on the Z slide are nice and tight. I've cleaned the screen to make sure there's no resin or anything else stuck on there, and there aren't any visible scratches on the glass. I've tried printing multiple different files including a large objects with raft, and smaller objects without. About half the time the smaller objects on the very outermost edges will print, but everything in the middle just sticks to the FEP liner, seemingly from the very first layer since it doesn't make the "kerchunk" suction noise I've come to expect.

I got one decent large scale print two days ago after I ran a block of fine grain sandpaper block over the build plate a couple of times, but now it's right back to the same old issues. I've reset twice since then, and it just goes straight back to sticking to the FEP liner and not the build plate.

I am printing with standard black Elegoo resin at the moment, but I've printed with black many times before without issue, and I'm using the exact same settings as I've always done. I'm trying to finish a large scale multi-part project at the moment, so I really don't want to have the far right side of my model a different color from all the rest.

Hi All, So a couple months ago I had asked whether users of this group used an Android or iPhone as their daily driver. The response was overwhelmingly Android. I am a student learning mobile development and wanted to make a sort of social platform for resin 3D printers, as a study project. I had this idea as there were a number of places to go on the internet for help with my Photon and thought it would be nice if there was a single feed of sorts. I also implemented a place to save resin profiles as I know I have had to consult that google docs page a number of times and thought it a good way to keep track of what's working. I would really appreciate if some of you would try it out and let me know what you think. My teacher will be grading me in a couple of weeks and it would really help if there was some activity in the app by then.
Ultimately, I decided to go with Flutter so that I could make it available for both Android and iOS. It also helped that this will likely score me some extra points for learning a relatively new framework.

Separating resin out of IPA?

I have bottles of IPA that had been saturated with resin. Is there a way to recover the IPA like shining UV light to separate it? I have not put the time in yet to study the effects. Ive tried it a few times and it turns to this white mushy substance and not very clean separation. I think the problem is I didnt let the IPA settle and cool down?

Some ideas:
-After curing resin in IPA, put it on a strainer and sift the IPA out.
-Use a magnetic stirrer + UV light to ensure an even mix so the resin is 100% cured all throughout the IPA instead of just one zone while the rest of the resin inside IPA will be blocked by the cured resin.

-Test if cured resin in IPA sinks or floats, so then I can selectively shine UV at the top or bottom of container.

Prusa autosupport slicer question.

Seems to work okay for some things. However, none of my larger pieces survive (maybe I should add more manual supports?) and none of my mirrored pieces seem to survive. Are there any tips to make this work?

Chitubox and photon validator aren't an option as I haven't been able to get the firmware to update (something wonky, I don't know).

Anyone interested in a "I dont know what else to do to it" not working photon?has brand new never used motherboard, a brand new lcd screen and another new lcd screen with maybe 20 hours print time on it. New display ribbons 40 pin like 10 of those suckers. Asking for $175 mainly to recoup my losses for the parts.
