Another day, another failure.

Switching to the Elegoo Grey seemed to help but this thing is still too brittle to clean up with hobby cutters.

Also, the model is super lacking in detail and I dunno, looks almost bloated or swollen? (not joking, I know it's a bloated swollen character).

But yeah even at 0.02mm its got almost no definition.

Hate having your fan run all the time? Even when the printer is not printing?

Download and put this file on your SD card and print it (Nothing will print its just saving some settings) now the photon will only the fan when the printer is printing. Not my code, But it was bugging me and this fixed it.

I can't see anything in chitubox. I was trying to rotate and zoom to see a tight spot and I zoomed in (or out, not sure tbh) and i can't. see. anything.
Pressed the home button and all the views. Doesn't help. Just a grey screen
Uninstalled, tried multiple versions and it wont display the printer at all. HALP

Does that metal...UV light cheese grater looking metal housing jam get too warm during prints? I am tryna replace my LCD and the ribbon cable is up against it. I put some of that double sided tape down, but there is still a little bitty that's touching the metal housing.

Stupid question... Any slicers out there that give you more control (or even multiple processes kinda like simplify 3d) in terms of start and end gcode, or adding code between layers?

For example I did this print by manually pausing the print at just the right layer, and then cleaning the build plate & swapping the vat, then modifying the remaining exposure time and resuming...

But what if I wanted to change colors for each letter? I know the xp-finder disables the peel for a single layer basically... But no matter if I disable homing or end of print, sliced files still rehome and rise to the top when completed.

Photon File Editor seems to give me access to images and exposure times for EACH layer, but I'm not seeing anything to change layer height, add code between layers, or disable the start/end cycles

Even a pause between layers would be helpful at this point

Hopefully this makes sense...

how deep can you fill the resin bin once the build has gotten to the point where the build plate is well above the resin bin? Can you fill the bin to the top? For a long running print - like 8 hours over night? Phoron -S.
