Anyone interested in a resin sample swap in the U.K.? I’d love to have a go with Siraya Blu and see if a small part comes out any better then Elegoo Grey. Saves spending £70 on resin which might not be used.

I have Elegoo Grey and happy to trade a small amount if anyone has Siraya Blu?

Great detail in these figures printed for a Treatstock client. 30 micron resolution.

What's everyone's go to for glueing the resin parts together on some of their prints? So far I've only had Gorilla Glue work but it expands a little :/

Hey guys. Can't get anything to stick. This is a resin test print I tried printing it flat and didn't stick also tried like this and no luck. I have leveled the bed about 20times now and watched multiple videos. Seems to be doing it correctly but still no luck. Maybe it's my settings? I have tried 3 different slicers as well

So I have been considering a resin drip system for my photon and was looking into some options. Mainly looking at indoor irrigation systems for your plants, thought maybe it's sort of the same concept. Here's my first experiment with an iv drip... I was honestly surprised that it actually worked, still need to do some mods to it to be workable. It's a $1.50 80ml chemical bottle and a $6.00 iv kit. Drilled a hole into the cap of the bottle, slid in the iv, crazy glued it to the cap and shortened up the tubing. I have to open the valve all the way open to get a drop every 3-4 secs. At least the bottle is small so even if all the resin pours in then it will not overfill the vat. Still a work in progress, the other idea is an auto irrigation system with a timer and electrical adjustment.

For those struggling with scale try this tool I use. You can enter feet, inches, meters etc and it gives you mm. Since I do military models I find it super helpful to type in the exact dimensions of vehicles and such. 28mm and 32mm are usually 1/56 scale models. Hope this helps.

Updated: Here are pics of how I orientated the subject and all of my settings of this mess. This is the second in a row to peel from the build plate, before the other just peeled up on one corner. I releveled then I got this mess. The positive here , is what started to print is going to look fantastic.
