Needing a hand, I have had my 2nd photon for a few months and have always had difficulty leveling the bed, with its often refusing to move up after leveling. Last weekend I finally did some trouble shooting and found that the z axis moves a lot more that it should making the rod the bind and not lifted. Any suggestions on how to fix this before i start taking it apart?

Hi guys, there's a big sales on monocure resin today, is it a good resin? Want to try to print some rubber stamps for my girlfriend that do card with them.

New to anycubic and resin 3d printing here. Only 3 weeks exposure.

Been having a lot of failed prints lately. The prints always fail around the center of the build area. Outside of center they work. Cleaned vat. Uped my exposure times to 12s /100s and 8 base layers. Leveled the plate paper method 3 times. Even increased supports in pura with chutibox adding extra with islands and as a slicer. My prints still have this issue.

Only thing I havent done is replace the FEP as I didnt have any extra obviously. Ordered some and it's on it's way.

Am I forgetting something? Is it the FEP? Or something else?

I'm still having failed print. Already tried leveling with flint read method. Finally, I tried to print the demo file again. It was fine until the cube got separated with the base. The failed print always get stuck on the resin vat, even though I heard popping sound the printing. Is it possible my orientation and support are wrong/not enough? I'm using anycubic black resin

Back in October the resin printer started having issues, this was just as we launched the new online model shop for the HS-15 kits, finally the LCD died and we ordered a replacement one from factory Fed Ex, it arrived two weeks later only to turn out it was defective. I complained to the factory esp since we payed top price for the LCD to be shipped to us as soon as possible. The company did agree to send us a replacement and said it was shipped out to us only for it to turn out it was being sent snail mail, our replacement LCD only just now arrived and now the old resin printer is back up and in operation turning out Lovely HS-15 transporter TELS we will be packaging up orders that came in finally!!! we also have a brand new second resin printer that is just waiting for the long lasting USB to arrive for it to be in operation..

We will go from being able to produce 5 kits a week to 10 kits a week once the second printer is in operation..

I changed resins from Anucubic transparent to Elegoo transparent and I haven't had a succesful print yet (Apart from the calibration slide).

Parts are beeling from the print plate mid process and other parts that have adhered looked like they have been melted by heat.

Any thoughts?

Okay so I got the Photon for chrimbo(as ya do) and my prints have either not appeared, get stuck on the FEP film and never build, or do this

What the hell am I doing wrong? I've leveled using the paper method, I've emptied and refilled the resin vat and shook it to hell to make sure everything was suspended. I'm also using one of the settings found on that Data Sheet about exposure times and the like
