Tried Anycubic Gray for the first time, I have been using Elegoo for months. I have to say, Anycubic is nice! Really loving this resin from printing to post clean up work, I like it better than Elegoo. Just my morning $.02~

I have the Photon with the V4.2.3 firmware. I see V5.0.2 firmware on the website (upgraded only). What does this means and should I install this firmware?

Anycubic responded to my after sales support ticket asking for a machine_error_code.status file. However, I don't see anywhere on the ticket that I can click to respond or attach a file. Am I missing something?

Hi All, I'm new to the group so first of all hello :) I got a photon last week and been printing every day now. I did around 10 prints so far all came out very nice but had 2 issues. On my 2nd to last print one of the elements did stick to the film and did not print. After removing it from the print there is a small cavity to the film in that place. Is it still ok to use that film? or should I replace. Then on my last print the model came out no problem but on the support base there was an extra resin attached to it. Was like a 3x3 cm flap and 1-2 layers thick. I did run an LCD test just in case but the screen is fine all pixels are glowing correctly. Any idea what could cause it?

Ok need your help here so I changed my resin yesterday morning and started printing nothing printed not even on the plate Humm so I cleaned up the device left the elegoo black and restarted the print walk up this morning to this mess . I looked online and people were having issues with the black so I said ok it’s the resin but as I was cleaning up I started to notice a pattern the plate had a weird shaped print and the bottom of the vat looked like a scab their is a little hole in the fep so cleaned that up . Then I ran the detection test and it was not normal akin to the print out all static . Shut it off and turn it back on retest and the screen was a square back to normal . Question have you all encountered this before and is it a normal occurrence where turning off solves the problem or is this a premonition if a new lcd ? 2 month old Anycubic and using a new usb .
