Today I turned on my ATOM 2.0 and the display doesn’t work anymore. Also it heats the extruder and platform. What’s wrong here? Any help! Thx!

Is it work with USB connection? try printing something to see if it is just the "reprap discount smart controller LCD" should be replaced.

I had this issue before and it was the display for me. It is either the display or main board. The display is the quickest and cheapest to test first.

When trying to auto level my Neutron, this is what I get. The effector wont go all the down to the build plate, it stays some where around 140-150mm above the plate, goes through all the motion of leveling, but does nothing. I increased my build height from 200mm to 220mm, but I'm not sure where to change it in the firmware. Any help would be very much appreciated. I'm excited to get printing.

First use the height by default (225 if i remember), then in your Marlin firmware, you should have this line: # define DEFAULT_AXIS_STEPS_PER_UNIT, increase the values on X, Y and Z until you can do the auto leveling properly. Then make some XYZ cubes test to verify if it respect the good tolerances and adjust if necessary. If you have problems of under or over extrusion you will have to do the same for the E.

Hello,

I have installed on my Neutron Delta printer an MK3 heatbed with an insulating plate to keep it warm. I have also bought a 13A power supply to have enough current to heat the bed.
The heatbed take time to reach 60°C but it will be ok for PLA.

0.35，讓路徑多跑幾圈! 好辦法!
剛剛去翻了一下以前印的東西(半年前)
幾乎一樣的圖檔，結果大不同

在發生『雙層』壁之前
都是使用16%填充，還沒使用過100%填充
-
以前印的都沒此問題
一般我只做溫度、層高、支撐調整而已
不曾動過寬度相關參數
不曉得問題點在哪

根據你的斷面，我建議你往CAD轉STL的方向思考。看起來總覺得是被判定成兩個面了。
0.35讓路徑多跑幾圈我相信列印品質你自己不會滿意的。然後Skin thickness建議還是噴頭的倍數吧。

因為Cura有一格可以設定頂層跟低層厚度，目前我在你的軟體沒有看到。
如果Cura也切成兩片應該是cad的問題無誤，如果切成你想要的，那就是設定問題。
這樣你覺得如何？

物品進行列印中 (100%填充)
試試看，問題看是否還存在
明早就能知道答案

畢竟kisslicer用習慣了，Cura還沒正式的用過
如果問題還存在，再來換軟體測試

沒保溫環境難印的好,ABS 大多是240 度100 度熱床,加上封箱

ABS 大面積的沒封箱保溫一定翹,而且就算印完沒翹，放著等一下也可能會翹。

引擎支架固定夾斷掉自己來作一個
PLA適用環境不超過60度下條件,簡單畫一下列印的引擎蓋著支架夾，會不會行車久後或原地怠速，支架夾變軟軟的呢（疑惑 ? ）。

如果沒有受力的話，60-70度還不會變形，但你這個設計，久了會沒辦法卡住頂桿，遇到坑洞頂桿可能會彈出來

車內溫度一定會超過70度以上，
因為我的一個溫度計最後掛掉畫面就是可顯示最高溫70度的歷史紀錄，用沒幾次整個黑掉壞死

引擎裡面應該會喔，我車上有不少列印的東西，最近印的是自己做的燈座加強固定，黑色PLA連結不鏽鋼

也可以把PLA先熱處理就可以耐熱上百度不軟掉 (annealing) 但PLA會稍微收縮，可能會變形一點點

會軟，引擎可高溫達100度以上，那是在大太陽下高速行駛狀態下，畢竟是用到耐高溫的鈦合金，才能讓引擎高速運轉達100度以上，再者螺旋槳飛機的引擎更是需要耐高溫達150度以上(平時運轉是在90～110度，遇發動機發生緊急裝況時會高過110度以上，是很關鍵)
