BTW, 後來發現彈邊邊(大概1/3處吧)會比較好彈出穩定的聲音。就像撥吉他弦一樣... (無誤)

Previously someone tuned them to be C2#. In my opinion, the other purpose is to adjust all time belts to be same tension stress.

I agree, but still there must be an optimal tension for this particular setup. When you say # C do you then mean 261,6Hz as the middle C? ( http://www.intmath.com/trigonometric-graphs/music.php - here highlited in red)

André Medborg I'm new to 3DP. I'm also using the value around 65Hz. My ATOM 1.99 is not perfect yet, but the belt tension seems to be OK. FYI.

I actually agree with Hawke that the important thing is to get the same tension on all 3 belts, but I think a tension that "plays" 80 Hz on the right side (when the rods are off and the carts all the way down) performs better. It is for some reason more smooth and less noisy.

Bruce, my printer prints very well at 0.2 LT as long as I stay below 15 cm in height. Above precision starts to get sloppy and extrusion becomes slightly inconsistant. I started a tread about prefered slicing settings in KISSLICER. I will try and find time to give my best settings along with some results (pictures).

André Medborg (From my 1 month 3DP experience) If the first layer prints fine, I think slicing setting is not the source of your problem. Try slow down print speed. If you can make it with slow print speed, then I think the problem will be more related to electronic.

André Medborg We use the value played from the left side of belt which is so far around 65Hz. From 高北熊 's test, 65Hz left side get 78Hz right side. The value is similar to your 80Hz right side. We are all on the same/similar configure now. :)

Ha... I don't have any 'spring scale' on hand, so, the 'tone app' is just right for me. :)

Yeah, but the good thing about the scale is that the lock screw can be loosned while turning the adjusment screw and at the same time hold the scale in tension. Sounds complicated and I havent testes it yet, but I will.

再請教各位大大,如果想要先將擠出頭加溫到200度,再做G29。 是要安插哪個G-code?
我目前是再G29前加入M104 S200,但擠出頭還沒到200度就開始自動校正了~

小東西~(剛剛的尺寸有誤,已修正) ATOM電源座的固定座 可以直接扣住鋁擠或用M3螺絲鎖固定 這樣電源線接頭就不會給我晃來晃去鬆脫。 不確定2.0可不可以用。

簡單做法,確定列印時,加個微動開關結束後往上跑壓到微動開關,驅動繼電器關閉12v 5A大電!

135cm是指裝上去後緊張器和緊張器之間的距離~ 而不是先裁成135再裝喔~ 突然為 Yu Shu Huang 大大的皮帶感到憂心~ 鎖的時候是需要點力氣~

皮帶沒有裁啊,升級包附的皮帶長1435mm,把兩端塞進繃緊器調成135cm長 135cm<<<手冊上沒寫,我是在高北熊大這張照片看到的,不知道官方公布在哪 裝上去後繃緊器之間的距離<<手冊上寫的是5mm(裝上去後相距135cm不合理吧!?

如果某種原因特高...那就放長一點皮帶囉..不用拘泥一定要一模一樣吧?XD 我量我的上下角座之間的鋁擠長度是64cm 鋁擠本身總長71cm
