原始 G-Code 是用 S3D Vase Mode 產生的,也已經關掉 G92 E0,但是 Velocity Painting 0.54 運算之後,還是會產生接縫拉鏈,有空再研究一下 G-Code 檔裡面為麼還是會有換層的頓點。

Velocity Painting 簡單分享
昨天發了一篇,只有原作者連結,陸續就有人發問如何操作。
因為回文無法一次把所有圖片貼上,所以重開一篇說明,請見諒

簡介:
*Velocity Painting 是改變3D打印速度,從而將圖案映射到模型上的技術
在半透明的線材上效果最好,網友的經驗是PETG會比PLA 效果更好。
如果是打薄殼物件,實色線材也有一定的效果。
*Mark Wheadon 發展了這個理論,並以Perl寫了一個Gcode 後處理script,

以下就將網頁上的help,還有我個人使用經驗說明一下
(英文OK的話直接看網頁help 是最詳細的)

1. 切片
1.1 並沒有限制使用什麼軟體,只要能輸出Gcode 都可以,
但推薦Simplify 3D, 它的gcode preview 適合預覽處理後的結果
1.2 確保模型位於打印平台中心點
1.3 以完全一致的速度切片,也就是說內外圈、填充速度都要一致
1.4 S3D 的Cooling 設定:當列印時間小於xx秒則自動降速,記得取消勾
1.5 切片後預覽確定速度一致,輸出gcode

2. 後處理
2.1 開啟VelocityPainting v0.54
2.2 Source file selection :讀入Gcode 還有要映射的圖檔 (圖檔最好是灰階或黑白)
2.3 Image Detail :High/Width設定圖片映射到模型上的高度/寬度,
PS.如果在2.6選擇Cylinder, 則 Width 不能輸入
Zoffset = 從z軸高度起算多少mm後才開始投射
例如我的範例中,螺紋的部份不要圖案,所以我設定z offset = 10mm
2.4 Print Speeds : Target 是你切片時設定的速度 ,這是讓程式作為參考基準
Low 是處理後,套用在無圖案部份的列印速度,High 是處理後有圖案部份的列印速度
原作者建議 Low與High 的差異在 1:3以上圖案會比較清楚
2.5 Printer Coordinate 列印平台中心點座標,以Atom來說,中心點就是圓點 0,0
2.6 Paint Type映射方向 : XYZ, 那個面當作銀幕的概念,Cylinder 圓柱中心向表面投射,Spherical 球心向球面投射
2.7 Profile 將設定存成.cfg檔 / 導入.cfg
2.8 Generate : 產生處理後Gcode (選擇輸出目錄/檔名)
2.9 程式資訊顯示區

3.預覽處理結果
3.1 將步驟2.8的檔案拖到Simplify 3D
3.2 左邊的 Coloring 選擇 Movement Speed 就可以看到圖案在模型上呈現的結果,滿意的話就上機列印看成果囉

Hi all, today i had encounter some issue, the pully / stepper motor will rock afew time when doing auto Home or during Self Levering. I wonder any one had experience this before. do i have a bad motor?

我有類似的狀況,是發生在剛組裝完成後,也是ㄧ直抖動的狀況。原因是Y和Z軸馬達裝在主機板上的位置反了。供你參考看看。

Hi all, I had did a check on the 8825 driver voltage, it is 0.4v on my multimeter. and the problem is still there. I had also updated the firmware to 2.0.7 and save the firmware. re-cycle power again to test the auto lever and home. still cannot solve the issue. The motor will rock back and forth

hi 新弘, i had also did the driver chip swap. the vibration issue did not goes away . and the issue axis is still vibrating like crazy.. i will check later on micro switch, the pulley seem like ok to me. i may loosen the pulley and re-tension all axis to see if can isolate the problem. something not very right but just couldn't visually see the problem parts.

It looks like the end stop is buggy.....can you swap the end stop connector as well? It should move to other axle if the end stop is the root cause....

Hi Wang, i did suspect the end stop may have the cause of issue too. lets say i need to test the end stop, do i just swap the micro switch 2 wire JST style plugs ?

i also will try unplug the stepper motor connector n pull the belt in faster speed to check if the pulley is true. or check for any slacks in the system.

There is also a command I forgot to mention, you can use it without actually home all axles, "M119" will return all endstop status. Use the command with one endstop pressed at a time and it should return "1" on the endstop you pressed. And if I am right, Y will be always 0.....

hi Wang, i just found out some issue on my printer using pronterface. when connected to software, i move all 3 axis to the top touching end stop switch and did a M119 command. its report x-max Triggered
y-max open
z-min open
z-max Triggered.

while it should be reporting as

x max triggered
y max triggered
z min open
z max triggered

i did check on the cable , it seem like it is ok. but pronterface reported there is issue.

I have seen the same problem in other printer (not atom). It was a problem with the comunication with the stepper (the wires)

hi Wang, i am guessing i may have found the culprit, i use a multimeter to do a continuation test on the micro switch.
All axis was first tested in open as this should trigger the multimeter buzzer. on the first test, Y axis triggered the buzzer, then i press on the switch, the buzzer stop. let go again, it triggered.
on 2nd switch test (Z axis) . the buzzer triggered non stop even when i press on the switches repeatedly, it does not break the circuit continuation at all. Same thing happened to the X axis. also tested on Hot End switches, when depress the hot end, the buzzer stop.
it is very strange that 2 micro switch fail at the same time....

hi all, i would like to update the finding of my suspected micro switches issue, unfortunately, it is not the switch problem, i had replaced the switch and do another testing. ( this time i removed all the belt) .
x and z axis does what it should, stop the motor immediately when micro switch is press, but the y axis don't stop. it continues to spin even i had try depressing the switches multiple time...

這個G-Code範例檔別放在ATOM上面跑,噴頭會衝出範圍,只適合放在笛卡兒座標的機器上面。

昨天下班前,公司收發室來了通電話,說有掛號,想說奇怪記得最近沒有什麼重要的事,正想說會不會是交通違規(最近天氣熱,火氣大一點),結果一拿到是atom的信,想說會不會是機台有什麼修補零件或是要機台做調整之類的,結果一打開我受“驚“了,真是開心也感謝atom的認同,一年多來,幫自己、朋友入手好幾台atom,也比較過許多家delta print,其實各有優缺點,我既不是廠商、也不營利買賣機器,純粹以使用者的心態,不打廣告、豪語,只能說依照不同的模型、及機器的特性、切片軟體的不同,來使列印的成品能達到最好,心中覺得atom還是首選,不過小抱怨一下,就是QC的部份可能要加強一下,之前組裝機器時,2.0時期比較沒有,但2.5EX過手的就有三台是比較有問題,除了之前主版熱床無法控溫的問題,自己無法解決之外,其餘大部份硬體條件都能自行處理,不行的就交回原廠,也都能得到滿意的解決方案,現在圖上的機器已經是自己家裡第二台入手的了,綜合之前組裝的經驗,終於讓它達到我理想中的樣子,目前尚有一個元件還未完成,等合作夥伴完工後會在組裝上去,也謝謝版上許多人提供的意見及方法,之後若有更好的建議或調校的方式(唉....版上的神人太多了,電控的部份我真的不行,但結構的部份,或許可以幫點小忙),在呈現給各位吧!

這裏有沒有勇者成功把repetier裝到atom嗎?好像很多外國用家們都表示Delta類型的打印機上repetier比marlin明顯効果比較好而棄用marlin了,心裏癢癢的想試一下。

Repetier新版也有不少功能,是有比馬林瘦一點,運算結果也有一些差異,反正用不習慣就再刷回原廠韌體就好了,只是刷韌體造成機器有問題的責任歸屬比較麻煩,不然Repetier有網頁可以直接線上設定韌體參數也不算太難

請教各位,這是atom2.0印的,0.1mm層高,我還是覺得表面有點粗糙,還是這算正常的極限?因爲部件都很小,沙紙不好打磨。圓柱體的部分很美,但半圓的部分就是來得粗糙。是否可以挑戰印0.05mm?効果會更好嗎 ?
